You are thinking of a radula. A Radula is like a toothy tongue used by mollusks such as snails, limpets, and vestigal forms can be found in squid. It is pushed out through the lips of the creature and rasped along the surface of it's food of choice. It is also found in carnivorous mollusks, like the Dog Whelk, which preys on bivalve mollusks like oysters.

radula is the word you are looking for, as I hope you know mollusc's are animals such as snails and they do not have a proboscis, and definatly no claws.
