If the palestainians should recognize Israel's right to exist, does this mean the reverse is also true?

they should.
but i doubt they will, because if they recognize the right to exist to a palestinian state, they should admit that the territories are occupied and not disputed as they like to define them.
and if they are occupied, then israel would be compelled to respect some parts of the geneva conventions that it has so far violated in the occupied territories.

Israel have always recognized their right to exist and helped them (money, work, electricity...) however some of the Palestinian parties along with the Iranian president and a few Arab leaders don't recognize Israel right to exist when let's face it the Jewish people inhabited this land a long time before their religion was established

Israel really needs to make peace with the Palestinians and vice-versa.

Also,the Arab governments need to stop using Israel as a scapegoat and fix the problems they avoid by doing so.

No one has heard Isreal deny Palestine the right to exist. Palastine has to take a little responsibility for thier own choices and quit blaming America.

Of course. it is absurdist to expect the Palistinians to recognise
Israel when Israel refuses to recognise Palestine and continues to steal palistinian land.

Absolutely, they must both acknowledge eachother's right to exist as a people and as a country. This is the only way to peace in the middle east.
