My male guppie was alone for a long time, (2 weeks) Then I bought 2 females and he mated with them for like 3 days straight. Its been about two weeks not and hes been acting very strangely. He wont eat, Isolates himself, His eyes look darker, and his color looks brighter(color) and darker. Its been about 4 days of this, Im kinda surprised that he hasn't starved. Should I kill him to put him out of what ever misery he might be going through. (cold water) or will he just snap out of it.

Not eating is a very troublesome thing to hear. Usually it means a fish is quite ill. None of the other things you mentin though really point to any specific disease. You may have a case of ammonia or nitrite poisoning on your hands. Try doing a 50% water change and see it that doesn't perk him back up.

Your guppy has mouth rot, it's a fungal infection that he was most-likely given from the new fish that were recently introduced. It will only go away if you first do a 25% water change, second go to the store and buy an anti-fungal medication that specifically targets mouth rot. Then, because guppies come from waters that are naturally mineral rich, you will want to get some aquarium salt to add to your tank. Nearly every major guppy breeder uses it, and with continual use you will also find it beneficial to the future health of your fish. The minerals/electrolytes in the salt will help strengthen your fishes immune system.

Cottony around his lips? I would start ith a regular water change and watch him closley. He could have the start of a type of ich, or a fungus.
email me or Repost if he seems to get worse.

He might be intimidated by 2female guppies..and/or the females could have given him a illness..my advice...put the girls in a seperate tank...because female fish get protective over their babies..and they will kill him..they could already be trying to hurt him..plus they may be taking over and not letting him eat..thus the discoloration and dark eyes..SEPERATE THEM..

Dont kill him :(.I dont think its the females,i think it might have something to do with the water or feeding.Guppies have always been hard for me to keep, and lately just fish period have been hard to keep alive. But there might not be anything wrong with him either, maybe hes going through a phase or something.

The male guppy must have been suffering from fungal disease. Please segregate him in a separate tank, change the water of the original tank, add methylelne blue to the water of both tanks.

myself i don't know. that's really weird. don't kill him, it's probably a temporary condition in him. i have a huge amount of fish, but, they live outside in a pond; they've mated before and there's a bunch of babies.(aww) but, since i see my fish everyday, i've never seen a condition like your fish. i believe it's just a queer happening that occurs to him. good luck!
