how much would it cost to upgrade graphics card on a laptop?

You can find good prices online. But you must check if you mothercard have the graphic card integrated and if you can add an additional one. I found good deals here:

if you have a dell most cards can be replaced but you are limited to a certain card type - most laptop model series have different card options check the manufacturer's website

buy it directly from the manufacturer or from ebay

install it yourself if you're up to the task and don't mind putting your working computer and data at risk
