I don't usually read the answers posted before I answer a question but I did on this one. Sure enough not any of the "A vote for a Democrat is a vote to end the war," people, answered with any thing substantial. All personal attacks and spin. They don't have an answer to your question because they got PLAYED. The Democrats running in the last election played the old bait and switch and these guys bought the lie. Ha Ha stupid is as stupid does.

The time line is in place.

Now if they can just bribe enough Republican Representatives and Senators with pork for their districts and states, they can override that pesky veto.

They did a good job getting those recalcitrant Dem's on board for the last vote, so keep your fingers crossed!

The Democrats have only begun. Now that they have everybody on record who supports Dubya's delusional mission in Iraq they will start pulling out the big guns, like ratcheting up the pressure by appealing directly to the public to push for withdrawal. As for myself, I intend to contact my Congressman and Senators to tell them to vote to override. Either Dubya and friends will obey the will of the people, or their party will lose so many seats in the next general election that their opinion will no longer matter anyway. It's that simple.

Hey you dummy! It is a diplomatic solution. It is not a military solution. Victory will not be made by torture of prisoners. It won't be done by killing innocent people in Iraq or any of those things that make you conservatives happy.
I hope you get laid soon so that you are not so angry.

Not so good. I wish the president would listen to the vast majority of Americans. Oh, why should he since he was able to secure his position as President without a majority vote in the very beginning.
