They will ask you to leave and possibly have you 86'ed from the property, which would include Mandalay Bay. Some hotels have keys different than the room key for the pools and the room keys always have the adds changing on them. So they will know if you are a current guest. I am curious to know if you have tried this. Plus the Four Seasons is a really small hotel and I am sure they would recognize you if you make a habit of going there.

They probably have a sign somewhere that says you'll be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. However, you can probably say you forgot it or lost it, and if you play it cool you can probably make a sneaky getaway.
Keep in mind that if you start going regularly, the employees will recognize you and bust your ***!! So be careful, and have fun ;)

Tell them that you are a member of the Foundation Room on the top floor and that pool use is part of your member privileges.

Security will probably escort you off of the property. Most likely they will be keeping an eye out for you for a while afterwards. If you are unlucky they will charge you with trespassing.

You can be arrested and prosecuted for trespassing, so if you get caught, don't be an *ss and make a scene, just leave quietly. If you make a scene, you give them incentive to prosecute you.
