rinse the chicken....
frying pan with @2-1/2 inches of oil, heat through.
dredge the chicken in flour, then in an egg bath (egg mixed with a bit of water), then in seasoned bread crumbs.
Drop the chicken into the heated frying pan with oil and cook through...drain on paper towel lined dish...serve warm or cold.
There is also this really great product line out there called Sylvia's Soul Food and they make a prepackaged breading that is fantastic! I think the catch phrase is "would make the colonel cry..."

For crisp, crunchy wings without the breading....This method is called "Fat fry".
Cook raw wings in hot oil @375 for 7 to 10 minutes, or until cooked thoroughly.
Drain excess grease and toss in your favorite wing sauce.

steep your chicken in boiling water that contains soysauce, soysauce paste, light soysauce, rosemary, liquid smoke, sechuan peppercorns and black peppercorns. do this for 10-20 minutes for every kilogram of chicken. remember to just steep it, don't boil it in the mixture so the skin doesn't rip-off.
you could bread this or not, just remember to use plain eggwhites, not eggs in making your breading stick to the chicken. this allows your breading not to burn easily. always dredge it in flour first before coating with eggwhites and breadcrumbs.

1) what kind of fried.....kfc kind or what
KFC kind,
1) buys the KFC powder and after you season your chicken, dip them in the powder and then put into the frying oil to fry.
Option 2,
2) after seasoning, put them in flour mixed with crash biscuits and then fry them. it is definitely cheaper and better than KFC. Recommended biscuits, is the square kind.
3) after seasoning, then just dip them in the oil and fry them
