If you can, do you just stand there with the lug wrench looking sad, and hoping someone else will do it for you like I do?

NO, I change my own tire. But I guess you're really looking for women to answer by the way you worded it. "Stand there with the lug wrench looking sad"

I actually have before. I'm just kind of leery of where to put the jack. I keep remembering that "I Love Lucy" episode where Lucy and Ethel had to change a tire and they put the jack in the wrong place and it came up and punctured the hood.

Yes. I've changed my own tires several times. By the time AAA shows up I can be long gone.

I know how, but some man always comes along and does it for me. I figure they must be doing their good deed for the day and am always grateful as I'm not sure if I'd be strong enough to get the lugnuts off.

No, I can change my own. If I'm not in a rush, I call AAA. I pay for the service each year, but hardly use it.

Yes, I have changed my own tire, more than once. As long as you have a good jack it doesn't take that long.

Yes. My husband actually bought me a portable floor jack to take with so it won't be so hard for me if I ever have to. Sweetie.

I can change a tire, change the oil, change the break pads, put on a starter, and an alternator....
All thanks, to my Dad and my Brother....I can do these things, but I still pay to have my mechanic do it for me.....

I can hopefully do it... If not, I wouldn't have a job (I remove and install tires for a living) :-)
