Go ahead and put her in the breeder box. Move a few plants around and under the box to make her feel more comfortable. It sounds like you probably won't have to wait more than 48 hours, but if you do she can handle it.

She will be fine in the net for more than 48 hours.

Has it been 4 weeks since she became pregnant?

She can stay in a breeding tank for as long as you like. Unless, you mean a breeding Net, or a box o' death....then put her in now for about no more then 50 hours!
