hmmm. Should i become a Pharmacist or a dermatologist ?

Which one will earn more money and which one is more demanding. Which one has to be on call always ?

Dermatologist is a MD, and so, they make more money. I have never heard of a dermatologist being on call. Depending on the pharmacy, sometimes pharmacists are on call.

You should become a dermatologist. You probably would make more money and wouldn't be on call very often.
