yeah most head shops have it or you can just order it off of the internet. Start with a lower power extract and work your way up. The high doesn't last that long but it is pretty messed up...i didn't really care for it though

Salvia can be toxic and it really does not give you a high so forget about it.

look at like bong shops and places that sell like drug merchandise But dont do drugs man Salvia is totally trippy

it's completely legal, so it really shouldn't be that hard to find.
try the head shop in bay city, if it's not there they'll know where it is.
do some research before you do it.
