If yes can you compare with that of the Socks made of conventional materials like Cotton, Wool, Nylon, etc.

no..but i've seen shirts made out of bamboo fiber too..it felt like cotton

well, i've never worn the socks but my pillowcase is made of bamboo fiber and i LOVE it! it's so soft. i think socks would be great. maybe try them out just for a little while one day when you won't be doing much walking.

I have not worn them myself but i would guess they would be closest to cotton in behavior, being breathable but drying quickly, but softer (Im guessing from other bamboo products) wool is going to be much warmer and unless it is merino (smartwool, wigwam etc.) pretty scratchy.
