My dad. He isn't that old....he's 49...turning 50 this June. He looks like a 35 year old...and I'm not joking. He has a full head of hair that isn't gray, muscles (not bulging out muscle man type...just enough where he's fit and strong.), and no wrinkles. Most importantly he doesn't act old. He swims, runs, bike rides, and does so many other things. He doesn't act old at all. He will probably only look 40 when he turns 60...LOL!!

My husband just turned 73. In 1962 his plane crashed into the Rockies. In one minute the weather changes from clear to a complete white out. He was up on the Mountain for 3 days badly injured, he had the front left side of his skull damaged, his face was cut so badly it needed 168 stitches, he smashed his left hip. He lost both legs below the knees and walks on artificial legs. He was partly frozen and had oil burns. His training taught him to crawl away from the plane in case of an explosion. He always called into every airport he passed, so search and rescue had a good idea of where to look. On the third day my husband came to off and on, before that he was unconscious. They finally found him on the third day when the weather cleared and just as he was saved the weather was a complete whiteout again for 7 days. I have never heard him complain! I think he is wonderfull and at 73 is as gracefull as they come

My dad---he's 55, but still looks about 35. And he smokes and has been smoking for a long time, which is not a good thing I know, but it definitely didn't make him age faster! Must be the genes.
My mom--she's 60 but has only a few fine lines, a great figure, and she looks about 42 instead of 60.
Some celebrities would be: Sharon Stone

My answer depends upon what age you are considering as "aged" -- 60, 70, 80, 90, 100? The older one becomes, the more difficult it also becomes to "age gracefully" since the process often begins to rob one of the abilities required to lead a quality life. I have cared for people in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and my mother in our home in her final years. Degeneration is the common denominator in the aging process which includes many chronic conditions which disable their victims and render them unable to engage in the normal activities of daily living. Of course, there are elderly people who manage to avoid the worst of the diseases of aging (particularly Alzheimer's disease which destroys a person's identity and self), and those who are that fortunate often enjoy interesting lives during their latter years; still, I can not say whether you would regard their aging as "graceful". I can, however, cite one person whom you probably will recognize who has definitely managed to reach an advanced age as a whole and engaging individual: Bob Barker of "The Price is Right"; he is currently 83 years old, mentally very alert, witty, and physically able to perform as the host of a demanding game show, plus he remains quite attractive. (He has had carotid artery surgery in the past to clear those arteries of plaque, which may contribute to his mental clarity now.) Finally, let me add that those who are affluent and/or famous celebrities will frequently (always?) undergo cosmetic surgical procedures in the endeavor to maintain the youthful appearances which are regarded as pleasing and essential to their careers; thus, those people will seem to have "aged gracefully" because they have managed to retain their physical attractiveness. I have seen people, though, who have aged naturally, yet exude a certain poise and care in their dress and behavior whom I would consider graceful!

My Grandma. Before she pasted she was someone who always makes me think "I wish I could rasie my family like that." Even at the age of 70 she still went to the beauty parlor. She was a great person.
Hope this helps you with whatever you need.
