Better get a couple of books and study. I go to www.amazon.com and try to get used books. I have saved a bundle and all I have received so far are in "like new" condition.

Call up dell on the tech support number and they will surely help you.
Otherwise you can call up somebody in www.qresolve.com. Nice people, helped me a lot with my issues and very cheap too.(just $9.95)...sound like a good deal to me.
