N-O NO! There is no such thing as the emo race. Therefore, it cannot be called racism. I hate when people use that word when it doesn't even make sense. It is used far too often.
I suppose you could call it discrimination. But I'm not a huge fan of that word, either.

I don't care what emo means bullying is wrong and who cares what it is considered it is considered bullying and usually this type of behavior is not allowed anywhere, in any events, boyscouts, schools, etc. there is a big campaign against bullying, it doesn't just occur at school, school bullies grow up to be job bullies and very aggressive behavior that is very inapropriate and these individuals tend to have a hard time in holding down a job as they do not get on well with others.

Racism refers to the persons race. If someone is bulling because of the emo's race, then it is racism. If they are bulling because they are emo, then it is not racism
EDIT
Yes I think it would fall into the category of discrimination/ prejudice.

Well, discrimination yeah.
But bullying is usually discrimination in any case (discriminating the "weak", "losers", etcs.)
It's also prejudice. Prejudice isn't limited to race.

It would only be prejudice if you assumed they were "emo" due to their appearance and they weren't. Since "emo" is an identity that people attach themselves to, it is not prejudiced to dislike or disagree with that identity, and thus someone who claims that identity.

No. "Emo" isn't a race. It could, I suppose, be considered some sort of prejudice or bigotry, but it isn't racism or sexism or ageism, etc.
