I bought a used car yesterday and it has a remote starter in it, but it didnt come with a remote. Can I get one somehow?

Yes, but you'll have to determine the make and model of the remote start system. Call a local shop that installs remote starts and ask if they will take a look at your vehicle and identify the remote start system for you. It's just a matter of finding the "brain" for the unit under the dash; an installer will know where to look and how to recognize it. Once you know the remote start model, you can usually purchase replacement remotes online.

A dealer will only be able to help you if the remote start is a factory option; the vast majority of remote starts in used vehicles are after-market add-ons.

You need to go to the car dealership and talk with them. Give them the vin number of your car and the make and model of your car. They can order one for you. You will find the vin number of your car on the drivers side of the windshield dash area.

Stop by the dealership with your car as they will want to verify that you actually own this car.
