The tropical revolving storms which form between 10 degrees and 30 degrees N and S along the inter- tropical convergence zones are known as follows:

1)Hurricanes in America (2) Typhoons in China,Japan And Phillipines(3) Willy-Willies in Australia and (4) cyclones in India.

In the southern hemisphere out storms move in a clockwise or cyclonic motion (as opposed to anticyclonic in the northern hemisphere), so we call them cyclones.

I think that is a willi willi and its a dust storm I think (sorry I'm a new Zealander)
