If someone worked for one of the top banks in the world and transferred 50,0000 dollars into there own personal accounts and only got away with 35,0000.....but has no past criminal record and is 19 years old...please serious answers only

Ok many people are not understanding the question I am asking and it is possible because it happened...so dont think you know what you are talking about and it is by federal court.

According to the federal government stats the average prison sentence is 11-18 months. 98.8% take a plea rather than a trial (it keeps the serving time down). Paying all the money back gives a chance of probation. Banks can be vicious.

No 19 year old working at a large bank has access to $50,000. Even a branch manager at the bank I work for can't transfer that amount without someone else signing off.

If you want serious answers, please ask realistic questions. This one won't happen.

Depends on what you were charged with and if they charged you in State or Federal court. You have broken many laws buy doing this.

Are you speaking of US law or International law or would you be willing to hold up for awhile in a small undisclosed country?
