but it's been 2 months and the only thing I've gotten from them was an email. I sent them some of my information (nothing too personal like bank accounts or anything) just my name and address, and I still haven't gotten anything from them. I have sent many more emails, but I think they are avoiding me. What should I do? Is there anything I CAN do?

In addition to the 1st response: I know that there have been other winners. This is a monthly contest and previous winners have already received their money. Also, winners that have won AFTER me have already received their money.

How do you have an on-line talent contest? Have you started receiving more junk mail since the contest? It sounds to me like you just signed up for mail from a direct marketing firm.

Continue to correspond with them and keep record of all emails and letters sent.
One thing to keep in mind is a lot of contests stipulate that you may not receive any money for a certain period after the contest. Like lottery winners don't actually get their money until a year following the drawing. Read the fine print and make sure there is no time period before going to crazy over it.
