Since mom will be the residential parent here and dad will visits, it all depends on what mom wants covered due to career orschool or whatever and when dad is available to help cover, State Mandated visits usually something like every other weekend, Wednesday nites, everyother holiday and every other birthday, 2 weeks in the summer for visits. You can change or altar from there but is a good basis to start with. Once agreed upon get it on paper,, both signatures and any witnesses and get notorized and present to the Judge for his apporval and then you have a court approved contract covering custody and visits and anything else pertaining to the children. Hope this helps.
