This is my worse subject and I need to know so I can study it. To do semi good. I already read the section but i could not find it.

The process is called chromatography, and it usually separates out chlorophyll b, chlorophyll a, carotenes, and xanthophylls.

to remove plant pigments form a structure like plant leaf. you can boil the leaf in water for 10 minutes and then boil the leaf in alcohol(inside a water bath to avoid accidents)

pigments are Chlorophyll, chlorophyll A, B, Carotene and xanthophills
