Stress,Also if I know I have to get up early the next morning I find it hard to go to sleep.And sometimes I dont know I just cant shut off my brain.My body wants to sleep but my mind keeps on thinking this and that kinda of like I relive the days events.And if I drink a few Dews that will keep me up but I have cut them out now.

My circadian rhythms have been shot since january 31st of 1986...that is the last time I iknew what it was like to feel rested..iam ready for a meltdown right now..I am in shock over something and a bit afraid that the combination of lack of sleep, and what i sfound out might make me im0plode, so I amdeciding what to do her in the next hour..when indoubt, do nothing.
Can you imagine going over 21 years feeling as though youhave been up all night? That is what this is like. i am trying to figure out what to do....i last slept over two hour four days ago.,
Not going for the sympathy award herre, getting ahold of Johns Hopkins and asking them....as it MIGHT put me in another state of amnesia....truth.
