How do we control political intimidation especially in Africa?

There have been series of challenges facing African democracies especially political intimidation, corruption, antagonism and rigging of elections. How do we control such anti democratic tendencies in African politics

That is a great question. I do not know specifically what could be done. I think the most important thing for a democracy is that the people stand up for themselves. If the people join together opposed to political corruption they will be able to accomplish something. It is not an easy solution but it is probably the only thing that will work.
