I smile and think how wonderful it was to do well and overcome the obstacles that I ran into. I offer thanks for all the people I came in contact with and perhaps helped. If you just smile and feel how nice it makes you feel it lifts your spirits. When I worked 3 jobs and was exhausted going from one to another I would imagine I was under some trees beside a gently rippling stream on a warm summer day with a gentle breeze blowing. It would refresh me in a few minutes and I would feel happy. Or I would imagine I was swimming under water in a pool with the sunlight shinning through the water. I would feel the water soothing me and rejoice in the beauty of the sunlight. Try doing that with what relaxes you. I used the swimming under water when I was giving birth and it eased the natural delivery.

My daughter is 23 years old and she is a very funny person and she know exactly what to say or do to make me laugh and smile, she always has had that ability.

My honey.
He even got me to smile at a funeral of a loved one once. The man is so soulful, kind, sweet, kooky and just has such a positive outlook on life. And his faith is amazing, he can take any situation you are facing and really make you appreciate what you went through.
He is a Godsend.

My cat PADDY ... or the sound of my daughters voice on the phone. Even when she calls because something has gone wrong in her life, the sound of her voice is like seeing a rainbow ... I just cannot help but smile.
