no one else does,so why is it that only complete strangers care about me but the people in my life 24/7 couldn't care less.

Maybe the people in your life care more than you think. Do you do things to try and make them happy. Things to help them? Thank them if they do something for you. Smile at them every time you see them? If they feel you don't care for them they might think it is a waste of their time to pay attention to you. Just as you want to be appreciated so do they. Many people and perhaps even you are a bit timid about speaking to others so be brave and be the first one to try and put the ones around you at ease. We strangers are offering our advice and attention because we think you are sincere when you ask and we are sincere when we offer advice that has worked for us.

I completely agree .... people can be so oblivious and instead prefer to me naive and ignore the world, and the people who are hurting..
