You don't state any details at all,,,IE: Size of the TREE, height of the ground you want the HOUSE, budget restrictions, size you want, materials you want to use, ability to do the job, permission to do the job. and with all due respect, the WWW has far more options that YOU can research.
It can be as simple as 6 sheets of plywood and some 2x4's or as complicated as duplicating a design of some existing house with porches, stairs, etc.
I've built a few in my time for my kids, from simple to elaborate.
