It's never uncontrollable. There have just been times when I chose to let my rage get the best of me.

Almost never. I control myself very well. Even though I have those moments where I just want to punch a wall very often, I find a way to rechannel my negative energy by skateboarding, doing some exercises, or listening to CHEVELLE, my favorite band [whose new album is coming out April 3rd and I'm so EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!]

No I try to keep a tight leash on it at all times, otherwise it can run away with me .

in my house I cant get mad,about anything.If I were to rage it wouldnt be very good

i havnt gotten so mad that i need to be restrained in over a year. when i actuallly go balistic you better hope you have a giant to protect you cause when i go balistic their is utter destruction.
