He and Woody Hayes made the best rivalry in any sports history, College football's Michigan vs. Ohio State. He was Michigan's head coach awhile back, but passed away just before OSU/Michigan game last year (Nov. 26th).

The rivalry created would and can never be matched. Every time these 2 teams play or played, it is for the big 10 championship.. and they play eachother the last game, every year.

Woody Hayes and Bo Shekrjeirgsdg shared the same mentality on hating eachother's teams, but also anything about them. Woody said once about getting gas in Michigan, that he would rather run out of gas than give Michigan any tax income. They were both pioneers.

Bo Schlembechler was the University of Michigan's coach that had passed away just before this year Michigan- Ohio State game . He was a very successful head football coach at the Universityof Miami of Ohio and Michigan. After he retired he was Michigan's Athletic Director and had a talk radio show discussing the sports outlook at Michigan. He was definitely true blue Michigan all the way and was a fantastic recruiter for the university . This is evident by the talent they have and their consistently good records year after year. He will be sorely missed by any true fan of college athletics.

Glenn 'Bo' Schembechler was one of the great collgege football coaches of the 20th century, except when Michigan was playing Notre Dame or Ohio State, then he was that ****** from "that school up North".
Bo started as an assistant to Woody Hayes at Miami of Ohio, before going to Michigan.

A fat butthead. This is coming from an OSU fan. Anyother college football fan would call him one of the greatest college coaches ever and the best Michigan coach ever. A Michigan would call him the greatest ever.
