Any cursory glance at the world today shows clearly that white males shouldn't exist. They are overly obese, overly greedy and just plain stupid.
Unfortunately, we cannot eliminate White males until there is a loss of electrical power lasting over 18 days, so don't hold your breath.
Why God allowed this mutation, my colleagues and I can't figure out, The White male serves no functional or valid purpose in the natural realm.
If this offends anyone, I only ask you to get real.

Possibly it is because it makes sense to be proud of achievements or accomplishments that one has striven for, rather than of simple facts that you had nothing to do with, such as race, nationality, gender, etc. You are what you are, it is fine to be happy with it, but silly to regard it as a matter of pride, since you just happened to be born that way. If all you have to be proud of is being a white male, maybe you need to go out and accomplish something.

Well, there's a BIG difference between proud and arrogant. I'm proud of my roots from Spain, but I don't judge people based on color, and I don't think that any race is better than the other. We are equal. We're all humans and we should leave it at that. But if someone is arrogant, he needs to get his act together or else he'll have problems.

"Say it out loud, I'm black and I'm proud."
The idea of being proud of our ethnicity stems from denying civil rights to those who are not rich white men. We (Americans) are still in the process of changing our mistakes. We (including rich white men) continue to improve these mistakes. However, this idea of being proud of ethnic origin was part of a social revolution in the 60’s wherein it was previously assumed that people of non-caucasian origin should accept less than equal treatment. Black people used to sit at the back of the bus. I use black Americans for this example because I think it was the black civil rights groups who started this idea. It was in the spirit of, “I am not only going to sit at the front of the bus, but I am even proud of my ethnicity.” There was(and still is) a social need for a black American to embrace themselves. Since caucasion’s have not been persecuted based on the color of their skin (in America), stating that you have white pride takes on an entirely different meaning.
And we still have not recovered from slavery and segregation. I remember in 4th grade, when I did a report on Rosa Parks. I remember being shocked and angered that she was still alive. It meant that this whole prejudice thing wasn’t some sort of negative issue of ancient history. She was alive, It meant that black people I knew also had to sit at the back of the bus when they were young. It was quite a shock. So, when a white person says “white pride,” it’s still an uneasy statement that eludes to the probability of either prejudice or an ignorance of our very recent history.
That being said, I am proud of my French ancestry because I know the history of how my French ancestors came to this country. I'm proud of my personal history and my great great grandparents. But it has nothing to do with the color of my skin.

A Caucasian man who is proud of being white is NOT a bigot unless he is intolerant of those who differ. Accepting others as they are is the thing to do.

ok, if whit emen is proud of that be proud, but dont scream that, for a simple reason white people enslaved and dominated every other group in the world, since your civilization keep growing the rest became your slaves and your targets, still you guys have more oportunities than any other group in usa.,just yesterday I worked with many white people who get more monesy per hour than me, lazy assses and I get less than them and I still cant complain cause I will be cut if I open my mouth,, things have not changed too much, of course you can be proud, but to make it public upsets evryone else somehow, even though some people dont make an effort to improve their lives and steal as a way of surviving..and they are proud to be"g "too..

You should study more in history.
The term white and black was only used to represent skin colors back in the day.
Then the groups like kkk claimed it as being a race.
What you're basically saying is that you're proud of your skin color(obviously), not the race.
If you're talking about race it would be Europe, Russia, etc. Not white.

I'm just not sure what you have to be "proud" of. Nothing you did made you white. You didn't contribute to that. So No I don't think you can be proud cause that wouldn't make any sense.

i believe that every one has a right to be proud of their race. None the less, It is how that person treats others that makes them a bigot.
