Sitting in a dark or dimly lit room, maybe even covering my eyes, music an real low. If that doesn't do it I meditate.

Getting away from everyone except for maybe one good friend who will just talk, laugh, cry, wonder, dream, wish....just with me. Sometimes I like to be alone but there are other times when I need just the right friend.....
