If you accidentally saw your neighbours doing something, would you watch until they had finished ?

haha, you got me there. I was guna say I'd grab my camera if it were the neighbors on the left. I would lose my lunch if it were the neighbors on the right. But...ya, you got me!!

If he/she was mowing the lawn and I wanted to ask them for a cup of tea then I would prob wait until they are done and sweeping up, then say when you are done would you like to have some tea with me?

I would ask them after they were finished mowing the lawn. If they took a break I might see if they would like a glass of ice water or lemonade.

I'd let them finish mowing their lawn. And if I accidentally saw them doing something indecent, I would accidentally have to stand on something higher to get a better look.

Neither my neighbors are degenerate pond scum the chances of them rolling off the couch on their front porch to mow the lawn is slim to none.

You may extend an invite to them while they are still moving their lawn and let them know that you would like to invite them for a cuppa either right away, if they are comfortable, or when they are done withthe mowing.

i would have to watch, its a miracle when my neighbours actually do something worthwhile with their time. i couldn't possibly stop them for another cup of tea.
