Alexandra is cute because it sounds mature and grown up. But try Lexie, Lanie, Lex, or Andy is cute.

I like Alexandra. I've always thought that was a pretty name. AJ reminds me of a boy. I guess because every AJ I've ever know was a boy.

Alexandra sounds alot prettier than aj, if your more of the casual layed back tom-boy type then go for aj but if your more on the girly side i'd go for alexandra...^__^

My intials are AJ so I go by that name. Don't like my real name. As for you, I would call you AJ instead of Alexandra...I'd probably slip up and call you Alexandria.

Stick with Alex but out of those to AJ, but it kind of reminds me to much of Aly and AJ

I like aj- I think if you go with the longer name people will still shorten it to alex.
