8 is a factor of 24,so it can not be 8.

16, a multiple of 8 is not a factor of 24, so it can be 16
24 a multiple of 8 is a factor of 24, so it cannot be that.

any other multiple of 8 will work, such as 32, 40,48

so the answer is

16, 32,40,48,56,64,72.......
