Does any one know where I can register a trade mark, and how i can go about it?

I have all these lyrics, and poems I would love to publish but I'm skeptical, because there are so many people out there who are not honest, please help.

you want to trademark or copyright?
If it's copyright, go to registermycopyright.com
they will do all the work for $99 for one song, or a whole album.
They may also have some info on trademarks also.

Learn an instrument and record them. Or join a band and use them there.
