My friend has been cheated on 3 times and she still wont break up with the jerk. Plus one of the times she has cheated on him was she had sex with another guy and she has gone out with 2 other guys. What do I do?

I'm sorry, but there really isn't anything you can REALLY do. Your friend knows what he's getting into, right? He knows what the girl has done, and he has still chosen to be with her. What can I say? He really likes her. You can try and talk him out of it, but until he really sees for himself wht a horrible person is, dissing the woman of his dreams will simply ruin your friendship. Hae a sincere talk with him, and leave him to figure it out for himself; don't worry, he probably will.

nothing if you want to stay friends. Just be there for her when she gets hurt which will be quite often. Good luck.
