sugar at high concentrations is not compatible with life. The level of solutes inside and outside the media where an organism lives has to be balanced. If the outside is saturated with sugar, the organism will try to 'dilute; the outside eliminating water from inside....imagine that! trying to dilute the universe. The organisms will die of osmotic shock:
Osmotic shock is a condition that inhibits cellular activity. This occurs when the concentration of either salts, substrates or any solute in the supernatant is so high that it draws water out of the cells through osmosis. This also inhibits the transport of substrates and cofactors into the cell thus “shocking” the cell. This phenomenon is fueled by thermodynamic equilibrium. The presence of high concentrations of solute in the supernatant is unstable and to reach a state of thermodynamic equilibrium, causes a negative pressure inside the cell which starves it of vital compounds including water.

Food with high sugar content are hypertonic for bacteria. Bacteria can't grow when more water is going out of the cell than into the cell. It's the same effect as preserving foods in salt or brine.

The first 4 answers are correct. High sugar content refers to really high, not just fruit. Dried fruit, honey, sugar coated fruits, etc.

And, spoiled fruit is due to molds, not bacteria.

due to the high concentration of sugar in that food which leads to high osmotic pressure and that food will be hyper tonic solution so when bacteria try to live on it the water will get out from bacterial cells and this cells will get dry and die so there are some few types of bacteria which can tolerate this high sugar concentration and live on it.

Where did you get this faulty piece of information. Not true dude. Fruit which has high sugar content will rot and grow fungus.
