Sounds like your Molly aborted! Mollies, Platties, Guppies, Swordtails and such are livebearers, meaning they give birth to live babies. Stress, which can be cause by dramitically increased/decreased water temperature, travel, new tank mates, or being chased by males is usually accused as the blame for abortion.
Hope this helps!

Ps: For your next fish pregnancy make sure the female had lots of good places to hide!!

Mollies have live fry. If for some reason they are still in egg form, they did not develope properly. Sorry kiddo.

Also, the reason this could be was that your female was really not yet old enough to breed. Hopefully this will not happen again.

Sorry again about the little ones.

Just leave them alone. Mollies are live bearers and don't lay eggs. They might just be deformed or under developed. If they make it, good. If not, there will be more. Popping them will kill for sure.

I would advise you to not pop the eggs. They have almost no chance of survival so let nature take its course. Like peach said, there will be more.

No, there really isn't anthing you can do for them. They are most likely dead.
