why wont my blades turn?

Can you narrow it down a little. What kind of blades and on what? What are the belts connected to?

belt is loose and cannot turn blades...needs to be replaced or if you have the type clutch that tightens and loosens belts it could be bad

check your p t o belt or your idler pulley
