You say it's not getting gas, yet you say "gets gas"

Could you clarify??

You contradicted yourself, so it will be hard to answer. On the assumption that it IS getting gas, then it sounds like a timing problem. Check your ignition coil (or distributor rotor depending on your setup). Check for spark in all the cylinders. If it's getting gas and everything is spinning fine, it just sounds like spark is the problem.

If it's not "getting gas" then its probably a fuel pump (which you say is good) or bad gas (how long has the gas been sitting?)

how do you know your fuel pump is good ?did you replace it cause thats the only way you will know for sure that it is good there has to be a certain amount of pressure in your fuel system it could be working but not doing the job correctly also get yourself some starting fluid give that a shot and if it kicks then you know its not an electrical problem its not getting fuel .

you don't mention whether the vehicle is fuel injected or carborated. If it's carborated, there is a plethra of things that could be wrong.

If it is fuel injected, the relays or module that powers and/or controls your fuel injectors might be shot.

Pump is good? How was it tested? Pressure was tested? Volume was tested? After that are the injectors getting a pulse and firing?
