Could be that some liquid is still in the uretha, nothing to worry about as most guys have heard of the shake or pull method to get rid of this.
If it's causing you concern see your GP, it could be a bladder problem but your GP is the best person to advise on that.

While I am female this happens to me now that I am on some medications. They seem to effect the sphincter muscle control.
My Husband is on Saw Palmetto and this has done wonders with the urinary problems he was having.
