Can sombody with TIN number receive Earned income credit.

You must have a valid social security number to claim the EIC. If you have an ITIN but not a ss#, then no, you can't receive EIC.

As Judy said,, gotta have a valid social Security number to be eligible for earned income credit

People use social security numbers to receive the EIC. This is a type of TIN. Businesses cannot receive it.
