The West Indies are already home, Angel! Seriously, though, I know exactly what you mean. They're headed out of the World Cup. I suspect that the only game they'll win in the Super 8's is the one against Bangladesh.
It's a pity because you always wish the home team does well at any world cup. The question one has to ask now is , will this mean no crowd support at the other games??
The smart money should be on New Zealand or Sri Lanka to upset Australia.

Ireland for sure. . . Only jokin, New Zealand are playing very well and have beat Australia recently 3-0 in New Zealand. These 2 teams are almost certainly going through to the semi's then that leaves Sri lanka, England and South Africa fighting for 2 places. South africa on their day can be absolutely devastating with the bat and so can Sri Lanka with the likes of Jayasuriya and Sangakkara. England have loads of talent they need to start getting more runs and score hundreds instead of 40's.

Yes, with 3 defeats in a row, West Indies have virtually no chance to win the world cup. Now the top contenders for the world cup will be Australia, South Africa, New Zeland and Sri Lanka.
