the notion that shaving will cause hair to grow back faster and thicker is a widespread myth. There is no scientific evidence to back it up. There are many myths when it comes to hair growth and hair loss. Some even make for great stories on popular shows!

im not sure..the only myth ive heard about shaving is that the first time (and from then on) you shave, hairs will grow out faster.

Yes it's true, but that just means that you have to shave more often. And thats a good thing - girls with hairy legs are nasty.
