If you are a purest, there is no such thing as a percentage greater than 100%, however, businesses commonly ignore this convention and present percentages greater than 100%.
Obviously you could represent each of these numbers as 31/1, 16/1, and so on. Decimals as 31.0, 16.0, and so on.
Obviously, I don't agree with representing 32 as a percentage at all. But a businessman might say that their sales went up 3200% meaning that sales was increased by a factor of 32.

it is not possible to convert these numbers to a percentage. a percentagetage is a part of another number.
fraction is easy :
32 = 62 /2
decimal :
32.0
etc.
