I like it.
But it's all personal preference.
It's not gonna be the same for any two people. Especially how far they would allow the tats/piercings to go.

It is a personal choice, if they like it then it is okay because it is their body and decision. As long as it is simple, in a nice place, and with a good design then it is fine or hot, nothing flashy or to over the top.

NOT - As an added deterrent it is very difficult to get rid of a tattoo once you get one. I know. I got one when I was young and dumb and when I wanted to get rid of it they tried and I ended up with something really ugly on my arm that looks like either an upside down cross or something bursting!

i personally think guys with tats are hot depending on what they are, if they have a bunch of random stupid un-professional looking ones all over it looks pretty stupid... piercings are cool just not the bellybutton on guys...
Girls are hot with both as long as it's not overwhelming.
it's all personal preference... I like them - I have 7 tats and 3 piercings and never had any complaints on my appearance from anyone who mattered, lol.

On women...Hot, especially those on the lower back that are usually symmetrical. Piercings are ok, as long as they don't interfere with the fun stuff...and no ex boyfriend names, turn off!

Neither, not any more. Guess the kids all realized it wasn't so great just to be sheep. Being an individual means NOT doing what everyone else is.
