Thanks to Bush, many investigations and convictions are up to question and we will see accusations of improper political motivation behind the prosecution. The government will have a harder time getting convictions than before. Even where this is not the case it will provide defendants with a defense created by this mess. At issue is the way the administration carried out the U.S. attorney dismissals.
This is brought on by Atty General Gonzales who forgets he is not Bush's lawyer. Even Republican senators and congressmen are calling for Gonzales to step down from a dysfunctional Dept of Justice and the situation he created.

Justice will prevail. Why do you think the cowards dont want to testify under oath? There are always gonna be corrupt people, and hopefully the justice system will regain its integrity . With all the corruption, the justice system is sometimes what makes things fair for everyone and not give the corrupt all the power they want to make people suffer.

The DOJ has the same amount of credibility it had after Attorney General Janet Reno fired 92 of our 93 U.S. Attorneys in the first week of the Clinton administration.

GREAT BIG PROBLEM IN THE BIG PICTURE

i still have faith in Justice in the USA, we just need to get rid of all the liars and loyalists who lie and commit treason for Bush
