What are the differences between Bohr’s theory and the quantum mechanical model?

Bohr's model was still based on electrons as planets revolving around the nucleus. His calculations worked for Hydrogen, but not the higher elements.

The quantum machanical models is based on orbitals and probabilitiy space for the electrons.
