Chandra Wilson is Dr.Bailey on Grey's Anatomy....Why do you like her???

I like her character cause she's a strong woman who doesn't take crap from anybody. I don't know much about her outside of T.V.

I do and it's because she's a good actress (unlike Patrick Dempsey and Ellen Pompeo) and quite funny.
