I have had a roof leak in my condo for several years now, I sent photos with slight mold damage, which at that point they came out and pulled out my drywall, re-drywalled and replastered and repainted, unfortunatley the leak on the roof was not repaired, so I am dealing with same issue all over again, after sending letters and photos and realizing that they just arent interested in resolving my problem, I want to seek an attorney for help. Any information on an attorney that might handle this type of case would be much appreciated.

In most condominiums the roof is common property, and the responsibility for it's repair rests with the board of directors. I suggest that you put them on notice that your roof is leaking, and if they don't take immediate action, including fixing the leak as well as your condo's damage, then take legal action with an attorney who specializes in condominium law.

You would have to pay an attorney. Have you thought about having the leak repaired, then pass the bill along to the owners association?
You have an association agreement which should spell out who is responsible for roof repairs. It should also spell out what you can do if the owners association does not do repairs on a timely basis. There is usually an arbitration clause.

2 steps..first contact your local health department...Leaky pipes are in their jurisdiction and when then come...landlords notice...they can be fined heavily.

Next, contact a lawyer who does landlord-tenant work.
