What i mean by this who have over a long period of time been just bad. I don't mean teams that have fell on hard times recently like the Orioles or Raiders. I want proof of your answer and no rivary bashing. I personally hate the Cowboys and the Yankees, but would be a fool to say they are bad teams.

Okay don't report me Report My answer as The Detroit LIONS in Football haven't been a Super bowl but hosted two Because they had played in two Domed Stadiums and have no Interest of Fire Matt Millen, Celtics in Basketball the had 16 NBA Titles and haven't won in over 20 years and have NO Interest of firing Danny Ainge, Cubs in Baseball haven't won the World Series in Nearly 100 Years Banks, Sandberg, Sosa, now Soraino are Thier superstars but Giving Northsiders Zero Titles and the Tradition of Losing will Continue for a while, NO Interest of Firing GM Jim Hendry.

I'd have to say the Detroit Lions. They only had 1 good year when Barry Sanders was there, and they just went downhill ever since Matt Millen took over as the General Manager.
